Certificated Staff Selection Process

  1. Application is submitted

  2. Administrator paper screens application

  3. Successful applicants are invited to a screening interview with administrative committee

  4. Successful applicants are placed in the district's professional candidate pool

  5. As vacancies arise, principals select candidates from the professional candidate pool for full length interviews at the building level

  6. Successful candidates at the building level are invited to teach a demonstration lesson

  7. Successful candidates are recommended for the position and invited to a hiring interview with the Director of Personnel to discuss an offer of employment
