Welcome to the Evesham Township School District! We look forward to working with you and your child. The first step of the registration process for all new students is for families to pre-register electronically using the following link: Evesham Township School District Open Registration. 

 

Please be sure you have selected the enrollment year from the drop down menu for when your child will be starting school and the correct neighborhood list. We encourage all incoming families to register early to ensure a smooth transition in September. Once you have entered your information and hit submit, you will receive an email with next steps. School year hours for registration appointments are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Summer hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Registrations are completed by the following individuals:

  • For Grades 1-8, contact Jemina Bagley @ bagleyj@evesham.k12.nj.us to schedule a registration appointment or for general registration questions.
  • Kindergarten registration typically occurs in the spring at your child’s home school (see separate K registration link if registering in the spring). However, if you are new to the district and missed spring registrations, you will be registered by the following staff based on your home school.
    • Beeler, DES & Van Zant Families: Contact Janelle DeCicco @ deciccoj@evesham.k12.nj.us for a registration appointment or for questions about kindergarten registration.
    • Jaggard, MES & Rice Families: Contact Kathy French @ frenchk@evesham.k12.nj.us for a registration appointment or for questions about kindergarten registration.
    • Please Note: If you have multiple children registering for ETSD and one is in kindergarten, but the others are in older grades, Jemina Bagley will complete the registration process for all children. 
  • Preschool registrations are only for families that have been admitted into the program via the lottery or through the Special Education Department. If you received notification of acceptance into the program, you will be registered by the following staff based on school/site assignment.
    • If your child was accepted into the Evans Preschool Center (EPC) or any of our private provider sites (Chesterbrook, Inspire, Kiddie Academy, The Learning Experience, Malvern), contact Janelle DeCicco @ deciccoj@evesham.k12.nj.us.
    • If your child was accepted into Marlton Preschool Center (MPC) or Rice, contact Kathy French @ frenchk@evesham.k12.nj.us.
