Extended School Year (ESY) Registration Form
Welcome!  You are about to register your child for Evesham Township School District's Extended School Year program.
Please note:
  • A separate form will need to be completed for each child you are registering.  
  • The form must be completed in ONE sitting, so please make sure you allow 5-10 minutes to complete this form before starting.
  • Within 24 hours after you complete your registration, you will receive an email with a copy of your registration to keep for your records.
  • This information should be completed prior to June 1, 2024.  Any application received after this date will be placed on a waiting list and acceptance is not guaranteed.  
  • Participating students will also be receiving additional correspondence regarding class/teacher assignment, supplies, etc.
