School Wellness Week is celebrated annually in March to coincide with National Nutrition Month. This year's theme is "Food Connects Us," click here for parent letter. Our goal as a district is to promote lifelong healthy behaviors, such as:
- Prioritize family meal times.
- Include a variety of healthy foods from all of the food groups on a regular basis.
- Drink more water.
- Be mindful of portion sizes. Eat and drink the amount that is right for you.
- Find activities that you enjoy and be physically active most days of the week.
- Fix healthy snacks.
- Stay positive and be kind.
- Be well rested.
- Reduce your screen time, where possible.
Please join us for ETSD Wellness Night on Wednesday, March 26th at DeMasi Schools from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
