ETSD is looking for all incoming kindergarten students that are new to the district for the 2026-2027 school year. All parents/guardians should plan on attending a registration appointment, with your incoming K student, at the dates/times designated by the home school. If you are unable to make your school's date & time, make-up registration is the week of April 13th. Registration will continue throughout the spring and parents are encouraged to set-up an appointment with the school for you and your child to attend. All families registered by the end of May will be invited to their school for a parent and student orientation that takes place in early June.
All registration forms and required documentation will be verified/collected at the time of registration, and your child will take part in an informal screening with an ETSD staff member. If your child is currently in the district's preschool program in-district or in a PEA class at one of our partnership sites, you do not need to attend spring kindergarten registration as you are already registered and your child will transition to kindergarten automatically. Families will be invited to attend the orientation day in early June.
